We recently returned from our Food and Wine Tour in Italy. Seemed only right to have an Italian Dinner as our next class.
We'll start with a pasta dish and make a cherry tomato sauce to go over the pasta. Next we'll make a Tuscan Pork Loin. For our side, we'll dish up some Parmesan Asparagus. For dessert, we will do a take on the classic Tiramisu recipe and make Tiramisu Truffles
