2024 Valentines Chocolate Class
Well, the recovery from shoulder surgery is going very well. I'll finally be able to host a class in late February - specifically Saturday February 24th and Sunday February 25th. I know it's a little past Valentines Day, but with this much Chocolate, we can pretend!
If there are two things that go together, Chocolate and Valentines Day are a perfect match. In fact, the estimate is that $1.7 Billion will be spent on chocolate this Valentines Day. If you love chocolate, then this class will be one not to miss.
From a Chocolate Mousse Tart to Molten Chocolate Cakes, we'll enjoy more chocolate than seems possible in one class. So, join me as we say "Gimme Some Chocolate!" on Saturday February 24th or Sunday February 25th at 6:00PM. Tuition for this class will be $70.
